Setting up your energy service is quick and easy. You can either complete our self-checkout energy form and select the package that suits your needs in less than five minutes, or book a call with one of our helpful advisers who will guide you through the process. This service is 100% free of charge and aims to help tenants and homeowners simplify their moving-in process or switch providers in just a few minutes.

Variable tariffs may start with lower prices and no exit fees, but costs could increase later. Fixed energy rates offer stability and predictability over a set period, shielding consumers from market fluctuations and unexpected bill hikes. Unlike variable rates, fixed rates provide peace of mind and financial security, unaffected by market changes.

An exit fee is the charge imposed by your energy supplier if you terminate your contract early.

If you have a dual fuel tariff, which means you receive both gas and electricity from the same supplier, you may unfortunately be required to pay an exit fee for each service.

The earliest you can set up Energy is 30 days before you want the supply to start. You can use your tenancy start date as the day you would like it to start.

Switching energy suppliers is hassle-free. All you need to do is sign up online or call our Sales team on 01482 680080 and arrange the package that best suits your household, and we’ll notify your existing supplier for you.

If you are still in contract with your current supplier, there might be an exit fee.
